Shipping:

Orders ship out within 2–3 business days from Ventura County, California. Most packages go out via USPS Priority or Ground, which typically takes 2–7 days depending on where you’re located.

During the holiday season, carriers can run a little slower—but rest assured, your order will arrive safe and sound. 🌿

Return Policy:

We truly hope you love your order! But if something isn’t quite right, we understand. Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please  email us at hello@lesleygoren.com to start your return.

Please note that final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged. 

Apparel: Apparel items can be returned within 14 days (unused and unwashed) for a refund, or exchanged for a different size. For exchanges, we’ll send you a prepaid return label—once your original item is on its way back, we’ll ship out the new size you requested. To start a return or exchange, just email us at hello@lesleygoren.com and we’ll take care of you! 🌿

What if my product arrives damaged or is lost during shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, or if it goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days at  hello@lesleygoren.com. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, and we’ll handle the claim with the carrier so you don’t have to worry.

If product arrives damaged, please include a photo of product and shipping box in your email. 🌿
